Golden Milk Recipe
*Ingredients*

1 cup of coconut milk (full fat!)
1 cup water
1.5 tbsps Turmeric
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ginger or 1 small knob of freshly minced ginger
1 tsp cardamom ground
1 tsp organic vanilla bean powder from the inside of a vanilla bean (you can use vanilla extract too)
1 tsp black pepper (helps with absorption)
1 heaping tbsp of raw honey or sweeten with stevia or xylitol to taste.

*How to*
Next heat coconut milk on the stove with water and whisk in all ingredients. Let simmer on medium low and stir occasionally for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve warm!
