Simple Breakfast Smoothie

• 1 cup water or unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
• 1 scoop Chocolate Protein powder (I used Genuine Health Vegan Double Chocolate)
• Small handful of spinach
• 5-7 Strawberries or one cup of blackberries or raspberries
• TBS of flax or chia seeds

Put all ingredients in and blend with a blender. You can then just put it all in a tumbler and go! You can experiment with different kinds of smoothies. This is one of the simplest ways to get your protein in the morning. If you are new to spinach, start with less and increase as you progress! :)
