Cauliflower Chicken Wings

These are easy and tasty!

Recipe:
1 cauliflower cut up into florets
1/3 cup avocado oil
dashes of
salt
pepper
chili pepper
cayenne pepper
2 tbsps sugar free hot sauce (2 Tbsps)

Fill the bottom of a generously large bowl. You can also add nutritional yeast and chives to the mix. Toss cauliflower florets in a bowl and then put a plate over the bowl and shake it up to coat! Once well coated place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 400 for 25 mins til a bit crisp! Add in chicken as a protein! :)
