What are the best ways to get extra water into your system to celebrate summer?

Flavour your water!
-Cucumber mint
-Lemon/Limes
-Oranges
-Berries
-Chlorophyll (I love the mint flavour)

You can make ice tea with you favourite teas at home with berry or lemon teas in you water. It’s delightful.

Smoothies:

Start using herbs in smoothies.
There is something wonderful called Chocolate Mint and it’s a herb. It has soothing digestive properties and tastes great!

Great Alternatives to pop and sports drinks
Drinking Kombucha a fizzy tea and coconut water to replenish electrolytes.

Mint Choco Smoothie

Ingredients

-1/2 organic spinach
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
-1 cup water (more or less, for desired thickness)
-½ avocado, pit and skin removed
-half cup Cacao or cocoa powder
-1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder, we love Genuine health brands.
-5 to 10 leaves of fresh chocolate mint
-1/2 cup berries
-Ice (optional)

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend it all!
