Ingredients: (single serving size)
1/3 cup of organic quick oats
2/3 cup of water
A pinch of Himalayan salt
1 tsp. of cacao powder
1 tsp. of maple syrup
1 tsp. of chia seeds
1 tsp. of hemp hearts
** could also add a tsp. of nut butter for a twist**
This is how we make it:
Bring water to a boil in a small pot, add the oats. Cook for 2-3 mins until soft and all the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and add all remaining ingredients. Top with fresh berries, ENJOY! Chocolate for breakfast….yes please!!
