“With food prices expected to rise three to five per cent in 2021, an Ottawa nutritionist say there are a few simple things you can do to lower your grocery bill and eat healthy in the new year.

The Canada Food Price Report 2021 says the average Canadian family will pay an extra $695 for food next year, as the COVID-19 pandemic, wildfires and changing consumer habits drive up grocery bills.
