Chocolate Protein Greek Yogurt Mousse

This creamy mousse is perfect for a snack or a guilt-free dessert that satisfies chocolate cravings without added sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2% for creaminess)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (about 25g protein)
  • 1/4 tsp stevia powder (or 5 drops liquid stevia, adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional for extra flavor)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional, for a richer chocolate flavor)
  • A pinch of sea salt

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh berries (like raspberries or strawberries)
  • A sprinkle of cacao nibs or dark chocolate shavings
  • A few chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts)

 

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, stevia, and vanilla extract. Add the cocoa powder if you want a deeper chocolate flavour.
  2. Mix well until everything is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness with more stevia if desired.
