Rustic Apple Cinnamon Cookies!

Since everyone seemed to love the applesauce recipe, and there is still hundreds of apples on my trees. I thought I’d give cookies a try!
These kind of remind me of a snicker doodle cookie. And are delicious with a cup of tea, or in your child’s lunch as a treat

This is how you make them!

Ingredients-
-2 cups of whole wheat flour (or gluten free blend)
-2/3 cup coconut sugar
-½ tsp. of sea salt
-1 tsp. baking soda
-1 tsp. baking powder
-1 tsp. cinnamon
-1 egg
-½ cup melted coconut oil
-½ tsp. vanilla
-2 medium apples (grated, I left the peels on, but feel free to peel if you prefer)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl. Melt coconut oil, add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix. Grate in your apple and mix. Roll your mixture into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden on the edges. These cookies are quick, easy and delicious.

Apples are great to control your weight, boost your immune system, as well as detoxify your liver as well. Full of potassium and calcium these are great snack!
