Back to school brings back to school and work lunches. When working in a nut free environment this recipe is the perfect!


Nut Free Breakfast Granola:

-3 cups gluten free Oats
-1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
-1/2 cup sunflower seeds
-1/4 cup chia seeds
-1/2 cup unsweetened dried fruit
-1/3 cup avocado or coconut oil
-1/2 cup organic maple syrup
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp Himalayan rock salt

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Stir all ingredients together until well coated. Spread granola mixture onto lined baking sheet.
3. Bake for 40 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Keep a close eye to make sure your oats don’t burn.
