Green Monster Protein Smoothie

Description: This spooky green smoothie is packed with leafy greens, healthy fats, fibre, and protein to keep you fueled and energized. Perfect for pre-trick-or-treating on Halloween or any day you need a nutritious boost!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or pineapple juice
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 small green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or) ½ cup Greek yogurt for added protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust thickness with extra coconut water or juice if needed.
  3. Pour into a glass, and enjoy your spooky green smoothie!

Quick Tip: For a Halloween twist, add a gummy worm on the rim, or sprinkle a few chia seeds on top to look like “monster spots”!
