Recipes:

Kale Pomegranate Salad
Ingredients:
-Bunch of kale- chopped
-Seeds of 1 pomegranate
-3 TBS hempseeds
-Dressing: 50:50 mixture of Olive Oil and Raspberry Vinaigrette
Instructions: Place kale in a bowl; add pomegranates and hempseeds on top.

Apple Cider
Heat up organic apple juice with cinnamon sticks (or 1 tsp cinnamon)

Healthy Hot Chocolate
-1 TBS cocoa powder (raw is best)
-1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
-hot water
-stevia to taste
-can add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg if desired
Instructions: mix all ingredients together in a mug, or make a large batch on a pot on the stove. Enjoy!
