• 1 pound ground lean meat (beef, bison, turkey, chicken, etc.)
• ¾ cup quinoa
• ¼ cup finely chopped onion
• ½ cup chopped vegetables (carrots, zucchini, etc.)
• 2 TBS tomato paste
• 1-2 cloves chopped garlic
• ½ tsp pepper
• ½ tsp sea salt
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp dried thyme
• 1 egg

1. Preheat oven to 500F
2. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients until well combined
3. Shape mixture into 16 balls and transfer to a baking sheet
4. Bake until cooked through and golden brown, 12-15 minutes
5. Serve hot.
