A simple, gluten-free bread that’s ready in minutes—perfect for sandwiches, burgers, or as a side dish!


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil (plus extra for greasing)
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsps Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder


Directions:

  1. 1. Grease the bottom and sides of a 3- to 5-inch ramekin with a few drops of avocado oil.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the avocado oil and egg. Add the almond flour and baking powder, stirring until fully combined.
  3. 3. Pour the batter into the greased ramekin and microwave on high for 90 seconds, or until the bread is firm and spongy to the touch.
  4. 4. Carefully remove the ramekin from the microwave and turn the bread out onto a plate. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing.
  5. 5. Serve as is, or toast for extra texture. Enjoy!

  • Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container for up to one day. Freeze for up to two months.
