Maple Walnut Salmon

4 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 egg
1 lb salmon fillet
1/2 cup crushed walnuts

1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. Mix maple syrup, ginger and egg together in a bowl
3. Place crushed walnuts on a plate
4. Dip the salmon into the egg mixture then coat the salmon with the crushed walnuts
5. Place the salmon in a shallow baking pan
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
