Instructions
1. Prepare the Shrimp
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and lime juice until evenly coated.
- Let the shrimp marinate for about 10 minutes while you prepare the salsa.
2. Make the Avocado Salsa
- In a medium bowl, combine diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
