Ingredients

For the Spicy Shrimp:

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh lime wedges

Instructions

1. Prepare the Shrimp

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and lime juice until evenly coated.
  2. Let the shrimp marinate for about 10 minutes while you prepare the salsa.

 

2. Make the Avocado Salsa

  1. In a medium bowl, combine diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
