Berry Breakfast Smoothie
A smoothie is a quick, easy way to fit in a healthy breakfast that will keep you going for hours! Kids love this smoothie too!
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen berries
½ cup frozen mango
1 ½ cups coconut water or almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp rolled oats (or quinoa flakes)
1 handful spinach/kale
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 scoop vegan protein powder
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend until smooth! It’s that easy! Mmm enjoy!!
